Yesterday, the 9th, was Marcus's 34th Birthday. We really celebrated it on Monday as a family. We went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse and opened his one present. He got a new GPS unit. But after dinner we were all too full to eat cake so we saved the cake for yesterday. Marcus had to work, but he came home during his dinner break and we had ice cream cake. I forgot to take a picture before we cut into it, but here is the cake anyway.
Kaitlyn thinks ice cream cakes are a great idea. I thought she kind of looked like The Joker.
Here is the deputy enjoying his birthday cake. We sure do love him and appreciate all that he does for the family. He's a great husband and father and I am so glad I married him even if he is WAY older than me.
